Last week, the Academic Medical Center in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) presented an updated Research Code for their researchers. Because the AMC is not the only Dutch academic institution with a Research Code, it’s time for an overview of available documents.

Thus far, only four university medical centers have made their Research Code publicly available. Beside the aforementioned Academic Medical Center (AMC), these are the University Medical Centre Groningen (UMCG), the University Medical Centre Utrecht (UMCU) and the VU University Medical Centre (VUmc).

The Research Codes can be downloaded separately:

- AMC    : Research Code AMC - edition March 2010
- UMCG : Research Code UMC Groningen - edition July 2007
- UMCU : Scientific Integrity UMC Utrecht
- VUmc : Research Code VUmc - edition 2007?

Unfortunately the Research Code of the Erasmus Medical Centre Rotterdam (EMCR) can only be accessed via intranet.
